Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from our shipping facility via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We ship to all 50 US states.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii may take 5-10 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Temperature-Sensitive Products: Our chocolate and caramel products are temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, we may include insulated packaging and ice packs at no additional charge to ensure product quality. We recommend being available to receive your package promptly.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
